Day 3 of the FOBISIA Games in Phuket November 27, 2017 Students were all weary after the heroics of Day 2 but were still determined to put in the best performance possible. Boys Football 2nd Place The boys knew it was going to be a long day and they performed fantastically well by winning the first three games. They then lost to the eventual winners British School Kuala Lumpur. But they didn’t let their heads drop and went on to win two more games and draw one to finish a fantastic runners up. Well done boys! Girls Basketball 4th Place The girls once again went into the competition with a small squad and this wasn’t helped with an injury to Chalie Potter. But the girls again dug deep to make it to the semi-finals. They unfortunately lost to BIS Ho Chi Minh. In the 3rd Place playoff the girls were now suffering from having a small squad and ELC with a much larger squad ran out winners. To the U15 Prep FOBISIA team it has be a very successful tournament and a pleasure to take such a group of well-behaved students, who performed like champions on and off the court.
