ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE: THE BANGKOK PREP IGCSE RESULTS 2019 BKK Prep, News, Whole School August 30, 2019 We are pleased to announce our best IGCSE results ever! All the hard work from staff and students has led to huge successes! Well done everyone! The number of top grades is at its highest ever – 50% of all grades were either A* or A. We are especially proud to announce an outstanding value-added score of +0.60. This means that, on average, students’ grades were significantly higher than expected when compared to similar students across the world. Recent research puts the average value-added attainment for English state schools at negative 0.09 and English private schools at +0.16, so our students have done exceptionally well! We are so proud of how the year group performed, and can’t think of a better start to the year!
