Art & Design, Photography and Digital Media & Design Exhibition

It is with great pleasure that I am able to celebrate the launch of Bangkok Prep’s very first Art and Photography Exhibition. 

Thank you to my fantastic team; Adam, Lauren, Patty and Wit, who have helped to not only put the show together but have of course supported the students in the development of the amazing work on display. 

Thanks must also go to SLT for their support and to all of the parents of our students who have clearly supported their children through their creative endeavours. Finally of course a huge thanks and congratulations must go to the students themselves for working tirelessly to produce such outstanding work. We received accolades from the Cambridge Examination Board for both ‘Top in Thailand’ in Art and Design as well as Digital Media and Design, but it is important to note that every student, despite the limitations of Covid-19 and lockdown restrictions, were able to push themselves beyond their own expectations. 

Creating Art takes great courage and resilience, the willingness to take risks, explore the potential of materials, and ultimately create outcomes that express their ideas. It is this process that makes the Arts so fundamentally important to not only children’s development but also to our society as a whole.
