CANCELLED: Primary Parent Teacher Meetings

Dear Parents and Carers,

As you are no doubt aware, due to the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic, extra safety precautions have been put into place to protect the members of the Bangkok Prep community. It is everyone’s responsibility to avoid spreading the Coronavirus.

As a result, the school is complying with relevant guidelines and will be cancelling all events which necessitate large gatherings of non-students.

In light of this, we have made the very difficult yet essential decision to cancel our upcoming Parent Teacher Meetings. We will no longer be hosting groups of parents on campus until it is deemed safe to do so. We understand the frustration and disappointment that these measures will cause, and we can assure you that our teachers feel the same way.

Should you have any concerns or queries regarding your child that require a face to face meeting, please email the teacher you would like to meet to arrange a meeting at a mutually convenient time to talk these through on an individual basis. Meetings will still be 10 mins per session.

We would also ask you to be flexible in regards to timings of these meetings as the teachers will no doubt have many separate meetings to arrange.

A quick reminder, parents have been requested to leave the campus if not on essential business. Therefore, once you have either dropped off your child or signed them out, please leave the campus as promptly as possible.
