Colleges and Careers Coffee Morning – 01.09.2020 Academic, BKK Prep, Event, News, Secondary August 28, 2020 This year we are offering monthly coffee mornings for parents, as an opportunity to have informal discussions about how best we can work together to support your child’s future pathways. These will take place on the first Tuesday of every month, from 8.10 – 9.10am. We hope to eventually hold these coffee mornings in our fantastic new Sixth Form suite. However, due to current precautionary measures, parents and visitors are asked not to enter the campus to adhere with our social distancing policy. Therefore, we will be holding the first session in the Staff Lounge in Block A. On arrival, your temperature will be checked and you will be required to sign in, as well as adhering to the mandatory wearing of masks. You must also complete the Self Declaration Form before your arrival at our campus. Please note, you do not need to declare travel within Thailand. Thank you for keeping our school safe and healthy during these challenging times. The first coffee morning will take place on Tuesday 1st September. Tea and coffee will be provided. For the first session, we will be sharing information about Super Curricular Activities and how these can strengthen university and job applications. We will also be inviting you to share your ideas for future workshops so that we can tailor a programme of support that best suits yours and your child’s needs. If you plan to attend, please complete this short Google Form. This will help us with our planning and will help us to ensure that we are adhering to social distancing requirements for group gatherings. We will get back to you and confirm your place by Friday 28th August. Students will not be invited to attend the Colleges and Careers mornings, but rather it is an opportunity for you to gather an understanding of what support we are providing and how this can be extended at home. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
