Digital Citizenship BKK Prep, Event, News, Primary November 5, 2021 This week, children from Reception to Year 6 have taken part in a series of Digital Citizenship discussions based around our 6 key areas: Media Balance, Digital Footprint, Cyberbullying, News and Media, Privacy and Security, Relationships and Communication. In our assembly today, Mr Smart spoke to KS1 and KS2 about Media balance and shared a story. As a school that embraces digital technology and its use, we strive to ensure that Digital Citizenship is at the centre of everything we do. We define Digital Citizenship as how we act and interact with the digital world. We believe that students have the capacity to use our community beliefs and values to become knowledgeable, proficient, thoughtful, compassionate and respectful digital citizens. Speak to your child about how we can use digital devices responsibly and visit the Bangkok Prep Firefly section to start a conversation. https://bkkprep.fireflycloud.asia/core-curriculum/computing/digital-citizenship-week-2021 2nd Highest International School Recipient in Thailand at Outstanding Pearson Learner & Excellence Awards We are delighted to share that 17 Bangkok Prep students (15 from the Class of 2023) received 21 awards ...
