ECA chocolate Tasting BKK Prep, News, Secondary December 3, 2020 Last Friday, ECA students did a chocolate tasting session to develop their taste buds and learn how to talk about food and chocolate in particular. Students worked with 3 types of chocolate: chocolat au lait (milk chocolate), chocolat noir 50% (classical dark chocolate) and “le chocolat des connaisseurs”: the connoisseur chocolat: dark 99%. The reactions were interesting, various and hilarious sometimes from “It tastes like rubber” to “Waow, that’s better than expected”. A fun session for sure!
