Bangkok Prep Class of 2022 Graduation

Congratulations to all 83 Graduates from our Class of 2022.

Bangkok Prep students celebrated their graduation among their families and friends on Thursday 7th July. Tana Pothikamjorn of Kasikorn LINE was the guest speaker and presenter of diplomas to 83 Year 13 students from the Class of 2022.

Tana, who is the current CEO at one of the fastest growing neobank plays in the region, spoke to the students about the importance of moments, and how they matter. It’s undeniable that the digital world today has kept us connected; however, it’s very important to cherish the moments together, whenever we can, in a non-digital world. Looking back at the time at school, although we’ve graduated and moved on, the moment won’t be the same – so we should savour the moment together as much as possible. 

This is the first year that the graduating students have had a collaborative input into selecting their graduation speaker. It is also the first time that the school welcomes the new generation of the top executives to give a graduation speech. In the past, notable guest speakers have included; HE Abhisit Vejjajiva, the former Prime minister of Thailand, Dr. Surin Pitsuwan, Former Secretary General of ASEAN and HE Brian Davidson former UK Ambassador to Thailand. 

This is Bangkok Prep’s 10th cohort to graduate and 83 students this year have been offered places at leading universities around the world including USA Top 50 ranked: Carnegie Mellon University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Purdue University, University of Michigan Ann-Arbor, UC Davis, UC Irvine, UC San Diego, University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign, University of Wisconsin – Madison, 87 offers from  world-class Russell Group universities in the UK including: UCL, University of Edinburgh, London School of Economics, Durham University and 14 offers from Medical/Dentist schools across the globe.
