Head of School Visits Oxford University Admissions Academic, BKK Prep, Message from the Head of School, News, Whole School January 16, 2020 January 2020 Dear Parents and Students, I hope you have all had a Happy New Year and a restful vacation. It has been an absolute pleasure to welcome back the staff and students for the beginning of Term 2. Their academic journey and progress will continue whilst their teachers enable rich and exciting learning experiences. During the break, Khun Patrada, Khun Pim and myself visited Oxford University, in the UK, to secure and consolidate the positive relationship between Bangkok Prep and the international admissions office in this outstanding University. This will inevitably create clear pathways for some of our more academic students. We were also able to visit Imperial College in London, which is another very popular destination for many of our students that are considering a career in Science, Technology or Engineering. As the number of Year 13 students applying to universities worldwide continues to grow we will continue to nurture Bangkok Prep’s relationships with International Admissions departments. Without doubt, Term 2 will continue to be an extraordinarily productive period of the academic calendar. Teachers and students will continue to focus on high quality academic progress with many of our older students concentrating on their exams. We also have a very impressive range of creative arts and sporting opportunities for our students to take part in during these coming months. Thank you all for your ongoing support.
