KS1 Sports Day BKK Prep, Event, News, Primary, Sport November 6, 2019 KS1 students have worked hard this term practising within PE lessons for Sports Day which took place on Tuesday 5th November. A huge well done to all of our Year 1 and Year 2 students as they showcased their physical abilities. The PE department felt extremely proud as the children confidently performed 10 different activities, demonstrating their ABC skills (Agility, Balance and Coordination) to their parents and teachers. As a result of this we have more competent throwers, runners and jumpers which will stand them in good stead for the rest of the year; as these skills are used in other activities within PE class. Our KS1 students worked brilliantly under the guidance of our Year 6 student ambassadors; who did a fantastic job motivating and demonstrating each event to each group of children. Our KS1 children were thrilled to be given a participation medal as a reward for their continued enthusiasm and energy. A big thank you to our FOBP who as always ensure that everyone involved in Sports Day had a well-deserved ice lolly treat afterwards. During the morning, the children were awarded points for team spirit, effort, enthusiasm, listening and the WOW factor. The points were the following: Here at Bangkok Prep we have such an amazingly supportive community and it was wonderful to see such a huge amount of parent supporters cheering on the children. The Primary campus was a buzz of energy.
