LOY KRATHONG 2019 CELEBRATIONS BKK Prep, Event, News, Primary, Secondary, Whole School November 15, 2019 A huge thank you to all of the students and the Thai Department who worked together to tell the story of the Thai Festival of Loy Krathong, through traditional Thai dance and music, in this week’s Primary and Secondary assemblies. It was wonderful to see so many people in Thai traditional dress and so many teachers joining the students for the dance during the ceremonies. A big thank you to all of the teachers that got involved in the Loy Krathong assemblies as well, it meant a lot to our students, who worked hard putting in long hours practicing for this event, and their reactions certainly reflected just how grateful they were. Everybody showed a great community and international spirit and an appreciation of culture that is truly valued. Thematic Magic Embracing the beauty of diversity in our Thematic class!
