This workshop will guide parents on a journey that will shed light on how they can help build Resilience in their children. It will focus on teaching Resilience as a Mindset and a Skillset and will provide parents practical evidence based tools to support your children. Bharati Lachmandas, also known as Coach B, is a Positive Psychology Coach and a Positive Educator. Her work revolves around building essential life skills in teens and adults which equips them with tools to overcome everyday challenges and stressors better.
