Secondary Parents’ Coffee Meeting BKK Prep, Event, News, Secondary September 1, 2022 Dear Parents and Guardians, I would like to personally give you a warm welcome to Bangkok Prep as we start the 2022-2023 academic school year. My name is Diew, Communications and Community Affairs Manager and I will be available to assist our Bangkok Prep families in any way I can. My role includes supporting all of our community (students, parents/guardians and teachers) and helping to direct any questions to the correct people within our community. My first task this year will be to work with parents/guardians to formally establish our wonderful FOBP (Friends of Bangkok Prep – PTA) committee. FOBP are an integral part of our school and are a valued part of our whole community. To our new Bangkok Prep families: we are so happy to have you join us and we hope that you have received a very warm welcome and your children have settled well. To our returning Bangkok Prep families: Welcome Back! We hope your children are as excited to be back at school as we are having them back on campus. I would like to invite you to our first secondary parents coffee morning of the year. This will be held on Tuesday 6th September, 8.00 am at the Secondary School Staff Lounge. This will be an opportunity to meet other parents across all year groups in an informal setting. We will discuss ideas about how we can all work together for the benefit of our school community to ensure it continues to thrive in the best way possible. In the past, parents worked collaboratively to support the school through many events and volunteer opportunities. I hope we are able to continue with the organising of successful new and past events e.g., Funky Friday, Staff Appreciation Day, Bake Sales, etc. I look forward to meeting you and supporting the school, staff and most importantly the students and communities we serve. Please sign up here if you will join us for the coffee meeting. We thank you in advance for your continued support and are excited to see what this year will bring as we work together for the benefit of the whole school community. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.
