Taiwan Delegation Discuss Environmental Education at Primary Campus BKK Prep, Event, News, Primary, Whole School November 8, 2019 On Thursday the 7th of November a delegation of Taiwanese members from The Ministry of Education, Education Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government, various Environmental Education centres, university researchers, and schools visited our Primary campus to participate in bilateral discussions on Environmental Education. They were particularly impressed at the involvement of our students as leaders of our Eco Teams and Eco-Schools Green Flag award. Six of our Primary Eco Team presented our Eco-Schools programme that will be used for our next Green Flag assessment, and fielded some questions, much to the excitement of the delegates. During the tour of the school, the delegation shared very interesting facts and state policy regarding environmental education in Taiwan. For the future we hope to collaborate and learn more from our global partners in environmental activism, no matter which country they are from, and to implement some new programmes that others have already done that will benefit the school and the world.
