University of British Columbia Visit This week, the Bangkok Prep HE office proudly hosted a visit from the University of British Columbia (UBC) on our campus. The event provided students with a unique opportunity to learn about the diverse aspects of university life, including academics, student experiences, international opportunity, scholarships, and more. The UBC representative shared insights into the wide range of programs and majors available. They also discussed various clubs and organisations that enrich student life on campus and shed light on the vibrant campus culture. Students had the chance to ask questions about the admissions process, financial aid options, and available scholarships, emphasising the importance of early applications to alleviate the financial burden of pursuing higher education at UBC. Additionally, international students received valuable information about support services, international student associations, and the unique opportunities for global engagement that UBC offers. This visit was an invaluable experience for both students and the UBC representative, fostering direct dialogue and enabling students to make informed decisions about their academic futures. It ensured students were well-prepared for the university application process, emphasising UBC’s commitment to providing a comprehensive and enriching educational experience. 2nd Highest International School Recipient in Thailand at Outstanding Pearson Learner & Excellence Awards We are delighted to share that 17 Bangkok Prep students (15 from the Class of 2023) received 21 awards ...
