Year 6/7 Transition event

On Wednesday, Year 6 were visited by the current Year 7 leader, Mr Dixon and the Secondary Assistant Head of Wellbeing, Mr McIntosh. They both presented about some important aspects of life in Year 7, such as the campus, the timetable, the teachers and the expectations. Then some students from Year 7 kindly answered some of the questions that our Year 6 students had.

This was a lovely way for the children to learn more about what school in Secondary looks like and definitely helped to ignite some excitement and calm any worries. Thank you to Mr Dixon, Mr McIntosh and the Year 7 students for giving up their time!
