Year 9 Microscopy Academic, BKK Prep, News, Secondary September 25, 2020 Year 9’s 9 students preparing slides of cells to view under the microscope. They stained the onion cells with iodine and cheek cells with methylene blue. They then observed them under the different power objective lenses to magnify the image, calculating the magnification of the cells from the eyepiece and objective lens.
