Bangkok Prep swimming camp

The camp is designed for competitive swimmers who are looking to improve their technique, performance, fitness and overall understanding of the sport. Swimmers should be comfortable training independently in a structured swimming environment.

The camp fee includes 10 pool sessions, 5 strength and conditioning/injury prevention sessions, 5 educational workshops, lunch and a daily snack. All coaching and training activities throughout the week are included in the price.

No. This is a non-residential camp. Swimmers must be dropped off and picked up each day by a parent or guardian according to the camp schedule.

Yes. Swimmers are welcome to attend both Week 1 (3–7 August) and Week 2 (10–14 August). While the daily schedule remains the same, the training content and focus areas will vary across the two weeks to provide a fresh and challenging experience. A discounted rate is available for swimmers attending both weeks.

Swimmers should bring their swimming kit, water bottle, towel, training equipment (if requested), and any additional snacks they may require. While lunch and a snack are provided, athletes are encouraged to bring extra food to support their energy needs throughout the day.

Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings close on 13 July 2026, or earlier if the camp reaches capacity. Early registration is strongly recommended.
