Bangkok Prep Students at 2026 Outstanding Youth Awards

16-01-2026

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the remarkable achievements of five Bangkok Prep students

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the remarkable achievements of five Bangkok Prep students who were recognised at the 2026 Outstanding Youth Awards, receiving honours and special recognition from the Prime Minister of Thailand on National Children’s Day.

Each year, the Outstanding Youth Awards highlight the extraordinary talents and contributions of young people across Thailand. Awardees are chosen not only for individual excellence in their fields, but also for qualities such as perseverance, discipline, and the positive impact they make in their communities. This prestigious event brings together outstanding youth from across the country, who are invited to Government House in Bangkok to receive certificates and words of encouragement from national leaders.

Nami (6LS) – Arts and Music

Congratulations to Nami in Year 6, who was awarded the Thailand National Outstanding Youth Award in Arts and Culture (Music) for 2026.
Her consistent dedication to music — through countless hours of practice and passionate commitment — has led her to this outstanding national recognition. Nami was presented with her award by the Prime Minister during the National Children’s Day celebrations, a moment that reflects both her artistic excellence and her inspiring personal journey.
We are so proud of you, Nami!

Pund (11CK) – Ice Skating Champion

Pund has also brought pride to Bangkok Prep through her achievements on the ice. In 2025, she competed at Skate Asia in Jakarta, Indonesia, where she earned three medals — gold, silver and bronze across her events.
Her performance at this international competition highlights not only her athletic prowess but also her determination and competitive spirit.

Pinta (8TL), Nelly (8TL) & Meena (8SG) – World Kids’ Lit Quiz Stars

We are bursting with pride to announce that Pinta, Nelly and Meena were officially recognised on 8 January 2026 by the Ministry of Education for their exceptional performance in the 2025 World Kids’ Lit Quiz, held last summer in South Africa. Their literary excellence on the global stage earned them distinction among young readers and thinkers from around the world.
This international competition challenges students on literature, storytelling, and comprehension across cultures — and our students shone bright, demonstrating outstanding knowledge, teamwork, and passion for reading.
