A huge congratulations to all of our Bulldogs gymnasts for their amazing efforts at the Black and Gold Invitational 2026, hosted by International School Bangkok on 2–3 May. With 16 schools and clubs from across Thailand and 1 school from the Philippines competing, this was a highly competitive event and a great experience for all of our gymnasts. We incredibly proud to see our 68 Bulldogs gymnasts, competing across 9 team categories, perform with confidence, determination, and great team spirit against more than 700 gymnasts, bringing home 9 team trophies, from Champions to Runner-ups, along with many individual achievements. More importantly, this competition showed how much our gymnasts have grown—not only in their skills, but also in their mindset. Learning to keep improving, challenge themselves, and understand that both winning and losing are all part of the journey. A big thank you to Coach Prae, Coach Mew, Coach Ting, Coach Boss, Coach New and Coach Bas for their dedication and commitment in preparing our gymnasts and Huge thank you to parents for your continued support throughout the competition.
