On 7 October, Bangkok Prep welcomed 31 participants, including students and members of the wider community, for From Eco-Anxiety to Action, an interactive workshop held as part of Bangkok Climate Action Week 2026. Led by facilitator Kritaya Srisungpakit, the session explored how young people can navigate the uncertainty and emotional challenges associated with climate change while developing the skills to take meaningful action. Through guided discussions, personal reflection and practical grounding techniques, participants explored how climate concerns can affect mental and emotional wellbeing. They also considered how to channel these feelings into positive environmental action by drawing on their individual strengths, interests and abilities, while recognising the importance of maintaining balance and avoiding burnout. The workshop marked a shift from last year's Bangkok Youth Climate Action Challenge, which encouraged young people to pitch their climate action ideas, towards building the long-term skills and resilience needed to sustain positive change. As part of Bangkok Climate Action Week 2026, the initiative reflects Bangkok Prep's ongoing commitment to sustainability, student wellbeing and empowering young people to become confident, capable changemakers. Congratulations to everyone who participated, and thank you to Kritaya for facilitating this valuable opportunity to connect, learn and explore how we can turn climate concerns into purposeful action. ๐
