We are looking for students in Year 5 and Year 6 who would like to take part in the 2nd Languages Olympiad held at Bangkok Patana School on Wednesday, 18th March. The Languages Olympiad is for students in Year 5 and 6 who study either Spanish, Mandarin or French. This event celebrates multilingualism and gives you the opportunity to develop your language skills through fun, collaborative activities alongside students from other schools. This year, 13 schools from Bangkok, Hua Hin, and Pattaya will be taking part. We are not necessarily looking for the most advanced linguists. Instead, we are looking for students who demonstrate values such as Respect, Collaboration, Resilience, and Global Mindedness, as well as being Resourceful and Proactive. If you are interested in taking part, please complete this Google Form by Friday, 13th February. We will be in touch with further details following the February holidays. Please be aware that there are limited spaces available. Please note that the Year 6 Swim Gala is also scheduled for Wednesday, 18th March. Therefore, if your child chooses to attend the Languages Olympiad, they will not be able to take part in the Swim Gala.
