If enrolment does not reach the minimum of 10 students, we will explore combining students with partner schools so that a chaperoned programme can still proceed.Please fill in the short form hereto confirm your interest.At this stage, we would like to share more detailed information as follows.Claremont Summer School – Key UpdateWe have received the updated Claremont Summer School 2026 brochure, which includes an important change:The programme fee has been reduced from £2,995 to £2,495Dates (with Bangkok Prep chaperone): 5–18 July 2026 (Session 1)Age range: 11–17Please note: For safeguarding, supervision, and programme quality, Bangkok Prep will cap the Claremont Summer School programme at a maximum of 20 students.Places will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis once applications and deposits are received.Embassy Summer School – Cambridge, UK(EAL & Young Professionals / Mini MBA-style)Dates (with Bangkok Prep chaperone): Sunday 19 July – Sunday 26 July 2026 Age range: 13–17Parent Q&A:1. What is the cost breakdown?Claremont Summer School (2 weeks)Claremont normally charges fees in GBP and excludes travel costs. To make things easier, Bangkok Prep will calculate all costs in advance, and parents will make one consolidated payment.Programme fee: £2,495 (Approx. Claremont Summer School: My child is in Year 5 but is not yet 11 years old. Can they apply?Claremont can only accept students who are 11 years old by the date of arrival in the UK, to ensure appropriate staffing ratios and age balance.5. Claremont Summer School: Can students attend for 3 weeks?The Bangkok Prep chaperone programme covers the 2-week session only.6. What healthcare facilities are near Claremont?All staff are First Aid trainedStudents will be taken to Conquest Hospital, approximately 15 minutes awayIn emergencies, an ambulance will be called7. Can friends from other schools join? Is the fee the same?Yes. Both programmes are open to students from other schools, subject to availability. Fees are the same for all students.Visa InformationParents are responsible for arranging and obtaining the appropriate UK visa for their child.The school will provide any required supporting documents related to the programme if needed for the visa application.For Thai passport holders studying overseas, UK visa applications may only be submitted in that country if the student holds a valid long-term visa (not a tourist visa).Families are strongly advised to contact the UK Visa Application Centre (VFS) directly to confirm eligibility, appointment availability, and processing timelines.Early application is highly recommended, particularly during peak summer periods.If you have any individual questions, please feel free to contact the school directly.
