Welcoming the New British Ambassador to Thailand

Breakfast Briefing with the New British Ambassador

On Wednesday 7 October, Bangkok Prep joined the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT) at the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel for a breakfast briefing with His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand, Ms Nicola Pollitt, and the UK Embassy team.

The morning began with a presentation from the Ambassador and her team, followed by time to connect with members of the British business and education community in Bangkok. It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen our relationship with the Embassy and to hear their priorities for the UK–Thailand partnership in the year ahead, including the role education plays within it.

As a British international school with deep roots in Bangkok, we value these connections. They help our students see how their learning links to the wider world, build an international outlook, and understand why respectful conversation between cultures matters – all part of PREParing For Life.

We wish Ms Pollitt every success in her new post and look forward to continuing our close relationship with the Embassy.
