Complete the Survey: The survey takes approximately 10 minutes. Please complete one survey per child enrolled in the school.
Capture Your Confirmation: Take a screenshot or snip of the last page once you have finished the survey.
Submit: Send your screenshot(s) to Khun Supreeya at supreeyav@bkkprep.ac.th to enter the prize draw.
