Welcome to our Bangkok Prep Year 12 Student Led Conference Meetings!The Year 12 Student Led Conference will take place on Monday 9th March 2026 from 2:30 to 5:30pm. Rooming information and locations will be shared closer to the date and displayed in Building D.For your convenience, we process bookings through our Firefly - Parents Booking, which can easily be accessed through the school Firefly portal.The system can be accessed by navigating to the Dashboard and clicking on the yellow Parents Booking at the top of the firefly homepage. Please see the image below.We have created a short video to guide you through the process, which can be found by clicking the video above. HEREYou can also access a full set of instructions by following the guide which is embedded in the booking page.We recommend that you don’t book ‘back to back’ meetings. This will allow you time to move to your next location. All meetings will take place on floors 1, 2 and 3 of Building D so they are close together.Each room will usually have two or three teachers using it so please check signage on the day. If you have more than one child, please ensure that you do not double book yourselves, causing you to miss your appointment.Should you have any difficulties making a booking, please contact Mr. Woods or Mr. Inns who will be more than happy to help.
