Students must, prior to starting on their higher level Secondary School education, be academically ready and prepared to undertake a rigorous course of studies leading to the award of A Level. In addition to their academic pursuits, students will have opportunities, organized by the school, to benefit from counselling and tutoring programmes as needed. Furthermore, we support internships with local industry as well as contributing to the community through our Community Service programme, in order to support students’ entry into world-renowned universities.
Students wishing to join Bangkok International Preparatory and Secondary School to take A-Level courses must be able to demonstrate a high level of academic ability and the potential to carry this forward to successfully achieve excellent results in A-Level. This will be based on either their grades from previous external examinations (IGCSE, GCSE) and/or by undertaking entrance examinations in the subjects that they wish to continue with for the coming academic year.
All students are required to submit previous academic reports covering, at a minimum, their work and grades during the last school year.
The one-off and non-refundable registration fee will be entirely waived due to the limited 2-year timeframe of the Year 12 and 13 A Level programme.
